This Web Site (the "Site") is owned and operated by UK Online Limited ("UK Online").
Use of the Site
The Site and the UK Online Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property right used without proper authorisation, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Intellectual Property
All images, text, programs, and other materials found on the Site belong to UK Online or its licensors and are protected by appropriate copyright laws. Changes

The news and weather element of the Content provided on the Site is provided by third parties and are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, database and trademark rights. Users of the Content may only use the Content for private purposes (which shall not include any business purpose including without limitation the provision of goods and/or services to any third party) and shall not be permitted to make it available to third parties. Limitation of Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury arising from UK Online's or its Content suppliers' negligence or that of its servants or agents, UK Online and its Content suppliers, shall have no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including without limitation any special or consequential loss, nonmaterial loss, operating loss or loss of profit, business, goodwill, opportunity or potential saving, or any loss arising from, overdue delivery or incomplete delivery of content, from correctness or comple Content and all factors associated therewith and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to UK Online or its Content supplier.
The exemptions from liability above shall not apply if and in so far as the loss in question is incurred as a result of fraud, wilful intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of UK Online or its Content supplier and shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If and in so far as the above exemptions cannot be excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UK Online's or its Content suppliers' liability shall be restricted to the amount paid in respect of the matter in question by UK Online's or its Content suppliers' relevant liability insurer.Links

Governing Law
