We do not automatically supply a Router with our service or make you buy one from us. It allows us to keep our prices low and service high.

We do recommend that however you purchase our Netgear DG834GT Router. Having deployed many thousands across the Sky group including for UK Online's consumer 22Mb service, our Technical Support team are highly experienced at diagnostics and support.

While we can offer some support on other hardware, we believe that we can offer the best level of service to customers with a router we are familiar with.
