    After sign up/What happens next?

Once you have signed up for a UK Online broadband account, we will aim to have you up and running within 15 working days. You can check the status of your UK Online account online in the ‘My Account’ section of the website by logging in using the username and password that will be generated for you during the sign up of your new account.

    1. Once we have received your application for UK Online Broadband we will send you an email, including all your new
      UK Online account details.
    2. We will then send you another email once we have confirmation of the date your account is expected to go live.
    3. If you have ordered your broadband equipment from us, we will let you know when this has been dispatched and when it’s likely to be delivered to your nominated address via email.
    4. On the day your broadband account goes live, we will send you an email to let you know you can now install your broadband equipment. Our broadband accounts have been designed to be self-installed, and there’s no need for an engineer to call to your home to get your account up and running.
