All of our Broadband packages include email as standard. Every email address has Spam and Virus filtering included as well as 200MB of storage.

Your email address will be username@ukonline.co.uk (subject to availability). If your package includes additional email addresses these can be set up to within Customer Centre in the Webmail pages. Usernames are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Premier - Email with domains

With the Premier Broadband package we offer a flexible e-mail service linked to your domain with individual email addresses and accounts for up to 20 mailboxes. The service includes a .co.uk domain or .org.uk domain free of charge.

The service allows you to register your own domain for your use and configure up to 20 email addresses at that domain.

Configuration is using a standard web-browser. Users can then gain access to email on their allocated email address at your domain via either a web based interface or via a standard POP3 email client such as Outlook or Eudora.
