If you want to upgrade to a fast broadband connection, it's simple and easy to do. Just log in to the 'My account' section of our homepage and click on 'upgrade'.
How do I know what speeds are available to me?
Just log into ‘My Account’ from www.ukonline.co.uk and select “Upgrade” to see what speeds are available to you.
What happens once I place the order?
We'll run a few checks when you place the order to make sure that your line can support the speed you've ordered (if not, you will be fully refunded any increased subscription fees.) We'll do all the work at this end and send you an email to let you know when the service is up and running.
